In exercising the agent shows a stock broker for a client - issuer of securities provides the following services:

     * Advice regarding the choice of class, quantity, nominal value and other characteristics of the securities subject to the issue, determining the place, date and manner of registration and payment of securities, and other issues directly or indirectly related to the procedure of issue of values of importance to the client,
     * Preparation of decisions on issue of securities for the assembly of shareholders of the issuer,
     * Preparation and submission of requests for approval of the prospectus for the issue of Securities Commission, together with other appropriate documentation,
     * Organize the distribution of securities through public offerings or without public bidding in order to perform a third party registration and payment of securities,
     * Communicate with authorities and other participants in the programs to secure the successful completion of the procedure.

Stock broker concludes with a client - issuer of securities agreement on conducting agent programs, that regulates the mutual rights and obligations, in particular:

1.organizing work programs of securities as follows:

     * Participation in the preparation of the prospectus issue of securities,
     * Informing investors about the distribution of securities, and organizing presentations,
     * Organizing the registration and payment of securities.

2. Jobs inclusion of securities on the regulated market,

3. height and tariffs, fees and expenses for the performance of the agent and shows

4. other elements and the mutual rights and obligations that determine the contracting parties.

Stock broker and the client - the issuer of securities may be contracted to carry out only part of the business agent of the program.
